Ah, this kind of story does my heart good… occasional TP.c author and fellow WP blogger, LT Ensellitis over at Ensellitis.com on a woman who:

has countersued the RIAA for Oregon RICO violations, fraud, invasion of privacy, abuse of process, electronic trespass, violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, negligent misrepresentation. She is claiming hurt feelings and “outrage”, and deceptive business practices.

Ense goes on to explain how she claims the RIAA hired a company to access her computer without her knowledge and harvest personal information for use in this lawsuit and other questionable practices. Check out .
