Honestly, I was not in Times Square yesterday because of the protest. I had been planning on going to the Times Square Toys R Us (because I have a quiet addiction to Lego minifigures) since before I'd heard yesterday was the day the #OccupyWallStreet protests were heading north. I used to be a much bigger protest junkie back in the early 21st Century, but I learned that it's too easy for our leaders to ignore us so I stopped. Not that I blame anyone for trying and I definitely agree with the sentiment of the "Occupy" protests. So, I was very happy to see them grow so much. I hope they keep on growing!
