There, I said it!
Capitalism has drugged you into believing the cult of America is the best way to live human life.
The catch is, in order for us to enjoy our cheap DVDs and cheap cars and cheap clothes we have to exploit the rest of the world.
America is about ten percent of the world yet it uses up a disgustingly larger percentage of Earth’s resources.

UPDATE 20091004: OK, so it was really hard to get back to this project, but here I come again. This post and the few text posts that follow it were written over the past two (or so) years for the original Website666.com that was located on the same servers as thepete.com and provide a kind of precursor to Podcast666, which I hope to have up and running in the next week or two.
